Attorney Mary K. Eaton, began working in the legal field in 1977 after graduating from Springfield Technical Community College with an Associate Degree in Legal Secretarial Science. She graduated from Our Lady of The Elms College, magna cum laude, with a Bachelors of Arts in Paralegal Studies in 1993 and then went on to graduate from Western New England College School of Law in 2004.
Attorney Eaton's areas of concentration include residential and commercial real estate, estate settlement, and estate planning. She is certified to act as a Court Appointed Guardian Ad Litem (GAL - Category D) for the Probate Courts in Berkshire, Franklin, Hampden and Hampshire Counties. Attorney Eaton is admitted to practice before the bar for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as well as the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
Attorney Eaton regularly participates in continuing legal education programs in the areas of estate planning, probate, and real estate. She is actively involved with the Realtors Association of Pioneer Valley educating Realtors on the subjects of Probate and Estates, Prelicensing Sales Persons and Prelicensing Brokers. She has participated as a panel member for seminars offered by the Massachusetts Bar Association on the subject of Real Estate Closings.
